Quality
Alliance-HNI makes a commitment to quality service at every level of the company. Through education
programs, accreditation agencies, and a unique management structure, Alliance-HNI delivers elements of quality that its customers can see and appreciate.
Alliance-HNI services are accredited by the Joint Commission.
The Joint Commission surveys are conducted in each of Alliance-HNI regions. This accreditation ensures a constant interaction with the
Joint Commission allowing Alliance-HNI to implement new and revised Joint Commission standards quickly throughout the company. Our customers find that
their own accreditation surveys are made easier when their Alliance-HNI service has been pre-approved by the Joint Commission.
The American College of Radiology (ACR) MRI Accreditation Program is another important quality
benchmark. Alliance-HNI has a modern, upgraded fleet of MRI systems that meet the technical standards of ACR. In addition, Alliance-HNI Technologists
are hired with the experience and training required by ACR. Alliance-HNI MRI systems are ACR "accreditation-ready" for those customers who wish to
obtain this valuable service endorsement.
Services and equipment provided by Alliance-HNI all meet or exceed the Michigan Department of Community
Service MRI Certificate of Need Standards. Alliance-HNI, being the largest Mobile Imaging service provider in Michigan, is recognized by the state as an
expert in managing their service and the data requirements of these standards.
