Customer Support Overview
Alliance-HNI offers its customers an extensive marketing program. Marketing efforts focus on
two primary objectives: building awareness of Alliance-HNI services and building relationships with referring physicians.
Awareness is built through promotional activities that are designed to inform and educate
communities about the availability of service. Relationships with referring physicians are
developed through in-person office visits by Alliance-HNI Customer Support Representatives.
Our carefully planned and implemented marketing efforts lead to a stronger physician referral
base, increased patient volume, and improved customer satisfaction.
